Amargi e.V. Launches New Media Education Initiative - Launching with journalism training in Leipzig

Amargi e.V. is launching a new media education initiative to strengthen media literacy in diaspora communities—through workshops, trainings, and online resources on disinformation, digital security, critical media consumption, and practice-based journalism courses. The initiative will launch with a fully funded journalism training in Leipzig in spring 2026 (exact dates to be announced), including mentorship and a focus on ethics, fact-checking, and digital storytelling.
